The breakfast was good, the view of the surrounding area was wonderful and there was a nice spa to relax in. The location of the hotel was also convenient, since it was near many attractions and easy to reach. the staff was friendly and accommodating towards our requests.
Our New Year's Eve dinner was a total disappointment. The atmosphere was underwhelming, the food was mediocre, and the decorations were subpar.

Absolutely amazing experience! The breakfast was delicious with freshly made eggs and beautiful tableware. The spa was fantastic with a clean and large relaxation area that offered stunning views of the area. The location was perfect, with several key points of interest within walking distance and the staff were friendly and helpful.
While the facility was great, the lack of tea or coffee in the room was noticeable. the hotel was beautiful, and it's a shame that some of the rooms faced inwards instead of out to the stunning valley views.

Set in a serene and picturesque environment, this hotel offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The comfortable rooms were spotlessly clean, and many offered beautiful views of the castle and the mountains. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was great. The spa was a fantastic facility to relax and unwind and was a highlight of our stay.
Though the hotel was lovely, its price tag may be a bit high compared to similar hotels in the region.
